Nick Brook is a senior urologist at EastWestUrology and now consults from Blackwood at the Russell Clinic, located at 202 Main Road, Blackwood. He would be delighted to see any patients from Blackwood or surrounds, and this will reduce patient’s need to travel, and mean that care can be delivered by a urologist near you. Nick has been providing a service to patients in the Hills for a number of years and the Blackwood location will add to this.

Nick sees all adult urology problems and is keen to provide a service that is local to patients. Associate Professor Nick Brook has been a urological consultant for 12 years and has wide experience of all adult urology problems. He is interested in helping male and female patients with all urology issues. Much of what a urologist does is medically based, but we spend a lot of time operating as well. For Blackwood patients who need minor procedures, this can be done in Day Case units such as Glenelg Day Surgery, avoiding a trip into town.
For major surgery, this can be undertaken at Flinders Private, Ashford or Calvary hospitals, all of which have a DaVinci Xi robot. Nick is happy to see insured or uninsured patients – if you do not have private health cover and you need a procedure, this can be done for you at either the RAH or the QEH. He works as a Urologist in both the public and private sector.
